Business Process Automation

Stop paying people to copy data from one screen to another

Matching bank alerts to invoices. Retyping orders from WhatsApp into a spreadsheet. Chasing managers for approvals over email. Building the same weekly report every Monday. This is the work automation is for, and it's usually cheaper to fix than people expect.

Talk to us about your project

You probably need this if…

  • Someone spends part of every day matching bank transfers to customer invoices.
  • Orders, requests or approvals arrive by WhatsApp or email and get typed into another system by hand.
  • Reports are rebuilt from scratch every week or month.
  • Errors from manual data entry are costing you money or customer goodwill.

What you get

A process audit

We time the manual steps with the people doing them and show you which ones are worth automating first, in hours saved per month.

Payment reconciliation

Incoming transfers matched to invoices automatically using dedicated virtual accounts or payment references, with exceptions flagged for review.

Approval workflows

Requests routed to the right approver, with reminders, an audit trail and no lost email threads.

Scheduled reports

The reports you build by hand, generated and sent to the right people on a schedule.

Alerts that matter

Low stock, overdue invoices, failed payments: sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp to whoever needs to act.

How a project runs

  1. Audit

Map the process, measure the time it takes today and agree what "done" looks like.

  2. Pick the right tool

Where an off-the-shelf tool like Zapier or n8n does the job, we'll set that up rather than write custom code. Custom code is for what those tools can't handle reliably.

  3. Automate one process end to end

Start with the process that saves the most time, run it alongside the manual version, and check the results match.

  4. Expand

Move on to the next process once the first is trusted.

What we typically use

  • Python
  • Node.js
  • Paystack / Monnify webhooks
  • Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 APIs
  • Termii (SMS)
  • n8n / Zapier

These are tools we use often, not a fixed list. We choose the stack for each project based on what fits it best: your budget, your team, what you already run, and how the system needs to grow.

Common questions

Will automation replace my staff?

It usually frees them up. The person who spent half the day reconciling payments can spend it chasing overdue customers instead.

Can you automate things in our existing software?

Usually, if the software has an API or can export data. If it can't, we'll tell you what's possible before you spend anything.

What if the automation gets something wrong?

Every automation we build logs what it did and flags anything it isn't sure about for a person to check, instead of guessing.
