For US companies

A software team in Lagos that overlaps with your morning

Lagos is five hours ahead of New York in summer and six in winter. In practice, that means a working session in your morning, a written update waiting when you start the next day, and a project that keeps moving while you sleep. You get experienced engineers at a fraction of US rates, a fixed quote in dollars, and code and accounts in your company's name from the start.

When we're working

East Coast

Our Lagos office hours overlap with your morning, roughly 8:00 to 11:00am Eastern, for stand-ups, reviews and quick decisions.

Central and West Coast

Book a call later in your day. We keep evening slots in Lagos for US clients, and every day ends with a written update.

What working with us looks like

Fixed quotes in dollars

After the first call you get a written scope and a fixed price for the first release, in USD, invoiced in dollars.

Your code, your accounts

GitHub, AWS or Vercel, your domain, Apple and Google developer accounts: all opened in your company's name. We get team access, which you can remove in one click.

A contract under your state's law

Our services agreement can be governed by the law of your state, and we're happy to sign your NDA before you share any details.

Async that actually works

A short written update at the end of every working day: what got done, what's next, and anything we need from you. You shouldn't have to chase us for status.

The tools you already run

Stripe, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Twilio, Shopify, Slack and Google Workspace, plus OpenAI and Claude for AI features.

Working software, early

A staging link in the first couple of weeks, then new working features every week or two, so you can judge progress by using it.

What we build

How a project runs

  1. A call at a time that suits you

Thirty minutes on video to understand the problem, who uses it and what it needs to connect to. No charge, no sales script.

  2. A written scope and a fixed quote

Within a few days you get a plain-English scope and a fixed price for the first release. You know the number before you commit to anything.

  3. Working software every week or two

You get a staging link early and see real progress in short cycles, with a written update in between. Feedback goes straight into the next cycle.

  4. Launch, handover and support

We launch, hand over the code, logins and documentation, and fix defects free for the agreed support period. Ongoing support is there if you want it.

Building something for Nigeria from abroad?

That's where we're strongest. If you're launching a fintech, a marketplace or a logistics app for Nigerian customers, we know how people here pay (bank transfer as much as card), how Paystack, Flutterwave and Monnify behave in production, and how to build for mid-range Android phones on congested networks. We can also test with real users in Lagos before you launch.

Common questions

How much cheaper is it than hiring in the US?

It depends on the project, so we'd rather show you a number than a percentage. After one call we send a written scope and a fixed quote, and you can compare it with whatever else you're considering.

How do you handle the time difference?

We overlap with East Coast mornings for live work, and the rest runs on clear written updates. Most clients find a 30-minute call twice a week, plus daily notes, is enough.

How do I pay you?

We invoice in dollars. You can pay by international wire or by card through a payment link on the invoice.

Who owns the code?

You do, once it's paid for. That's written into our agreement, and everything runs on accounts in your company's name.

Will you sign our NDA?

Yes, before you share anything sensitive. Our own agreement also has a confidentiality clause.

What about power and internet in Lagos?

It's a fair question. Our team works on backup power and more than one internet connection, so a local outage doesn't stop a release or a call.

Have a project in mind?

A few lines about the problem is enough to start. We'll reply with questions and an honest view of how we'd approach it.
